Improved AI Air Combat

 

AI  has been grately improved, from ground attacks, escorting bombers, engaging enemies from a far and close air support!

 

*Fighters fly in formation,  manouver and engage enemies realistically, replicating AI from flight sims especially IL - Sturmovik series.

 

*Bombers fly at a realistic alltitude

 

*Bomber gunners now calculate the right speed, velocity and angle to shoot enemy planes down,

 

*Bombers now focuse on areas that have the biggest enemy movement.

 

* Once Air superiority is achieved air support will be AI's priority.

 

* Helicopters provide close air support, players and AI squad leaders that have pilots  in their squad can trigger that.

 

* Transport Helis fly in close formation (Always)

 

* Transport Helis drop off infantry then returns to reinforce a position with more troops.

 

* No more parachuting out of transport Helis.

 

*Only specific AI will fly planes and helicopters, meaning infantry units wont be able to fly them.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Medics and Repair Squads:

*Medics are always available in every squad and always carry 2 medic bags,

 

*Medics will prioritise healing over anything,

 

* Medics have same behaviour/ weaponry as rest of infantry and don't stand out from rest of infantry

 

* Repair squads are never on the front lines, and only repair structures on secured bases, they will also repair damaged vehicles,

 

* Vehicles fall back to bases when badly damaged (Not always),

 

 

 

 

Armored Combat:

 

 

 

*Tanks Stop to adjust fire and shoot accurately, if they can't they will reposition or scout for different targets,

*Tanks only use specific bots in the area,  meaning infantry roles will not enter a tank, except utility vehicles (Jeeps, Gunner positions,  boats, quads)

*Tanks fire from a distance up to 1500 meters, only if enemy is spotted.

*APCs serve as transport and not ''Attack Vehicles'', they will transport troops in and out of the frontlines.

* Tanks will keep a safe distance from enemies.

* Main tank guns won't fire at air targets, MG's will prioritise Air targets if there are no ground units.

* Jeep drivers will eject as soon as they are fire up on, you won't see random AI driving around.

* Tank Crews will abandon tanks if they're overwhelmed by enemy forces.

Infantry Combat:

 

* AI will prone or crouch before engaging enemies.

 

* Movement is slower, although you can edit that in the files.

* AI snipers will consist of squads of 2, one sniper and second member with a close quarter weapon,

 

* AI snipers will now climb high elevated ground, which will make them harder to spot and will be more deadly than they were before.

 

*Assault Squads are the most common squads and consist of 8 men, all Assault rifles and occasionaly a close quarter weapon with mainly smoke granades, Frags, rocket launchers etc.

* Heavy Support Squads consist of 5 men, carrying Ar's and heavily armored equipment (All of them)

* Repair Squads, Only repair and are armed with close quarter weaponry, will only defend themselves in bases and prioritise repairing.

*Infatry will manouver around the map dynamically, if a base is threatened to be overrun AI will move 30% of the units from a base to the base that is being infiltrated.

 

* AI Infatry can't drive tanks, Apcs or fly any planes only man guns.
